Christmas 2024 Pre Order Information

Cuddly Bubs Gingerbread Collection:

Mid/ End November Pre order: estimated dispatch date is from the end of November.

Cuddly Bubs Gingerbread Collection including the Gingerbread Adult unisex PJ sets, Kids two piece sets, shorties & pet bandanas are all pre order products. This means that if you order any of these items your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

The Gingerbread pre order stock is due to arrive to us by mid/end of November and we aim to commence dispatching orders by the end of November. We can not guarantee that your order will have arrived to you before 1st December. Please read below our full pre order information as no refunds will be given due to confusion with the pre order wait times/ if there are any further delays due to shipping delays.

When purchasing a pre-order item please be aware of the terms and conditions below.

By purchasing a pre-order item you are agreeing that:

All pre-orders are considered final and are unable to be cancelled/refunded. If you have ordered the incorrect size, please reach out to us promptly at info@cuddlybubs.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
The pre-order date is an estimated arrival date only and may be subject to change. If this were to occur, the customer will be informed of the updated arrival date.
In the event of an extended delay due to circumstances out of Cuddly Bubs control (i.e international courier issues, pandemics, etc), Cuddly Bubs takes no responsibility over the time delays. If the extended delay is due to worldwide issues, a refund is not allowed.
If your order contains one (or more) pre-order item (s) and at one (or more) available item (s), the full order will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like the available items before the pre order items are due to arrive, please make seperate orders. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping on both orders.
We retain the right to cancel any pre-orders should we encounter any issues with stock shortage. Should this occur, full refunds will be promptly issued for the affected orders.
