Current Processing & Delivery Times

Cuddly Bubs is based in Wollongong, Australia and we ship worldwide via Australia Post. 

Here at Cuddly Bubs we understand how exciting it is to have a new parcel ordered! So we aim to have orders dispatched on the same day as purchasing or the next business day, however please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please note that during new release launches, restocks and sale periods allow 5 extra business days before dispatch.

Please note business days are classed as days Monday through to Friday and exclude Saturdays and Sundays & Public holidays.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to pay to us postage fees as calculated at checkout.
  • Except for electronic gift certificate purchases, delivery costs are calculated according to the number of item/s ordered, weight, dimensions and delivery destination as per Australia Post.
  • To calculate the delivery cost place the item/s in your Shopping Cart, enter your location for your delivery via the Australian Post API.
  • Please be aware that orders placed on the days of new releases may be delayed due to the increase volume. We will still however aim to have them shipped within approximately 5 business days.
  • Once the order has been shipped by Cuddly Bubs to an authorised courier service i.e Australia post, Cuddly Bubs have no control over how long it takes to be delivered and we take no responsibility for delays on the couriers end.
  • Cuddly Bubs does not offer refunds due to delays in courier services.
  • Shipping prices do not include wholesale. Please contact us here for wholesale shipping prices.
  • Cuddly Bubs is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please track your order via the Australia Post website and make contact with Australia Post directly in regards to damaged or lost mail.
  • Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s have already shipped we will not be able to change the address.


 International deliveries:

  • For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please make sure you are aware of these possible charges, as we DO NOT offer refunds if you refuse the package due to the custom charges.
  • Cuddly Bubs also takes no responsibility for orders waiting in customs. This is out of our control, and the responsibility of the buyer to follow up. We DO NOT offer refunds due to packages kept in customs. 
  • Please check that all of your shipping information i.e Name, Address, Contact number and email  are all correct before placing your order. Cuddly Bubs is not responsible for following up parcels that have been returned due to incorrect delivery details. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect input of shipping information i.e. address or contact number, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee to have it resent.
